    Since the 1.4update I cant listen to my work voicemails that are forwarded to my Pre email. Any help

    I assume it was working before? What file format is the voicemail? Have you installed the GSM6.10 codec and not reinstalled it after upgrading?

    It says its a wav file. It did work before the update.how do i install the GSM6.10 codec

    the play button dont show up either after i download the file in the message

    I downloaded the codec but it still isnt working. Usually after I download the voicemail theres a little play button that shows up. Thats not showing up. Any other suggestions please.

    Using Exchange 2007 for my email. My phone system forwards any VMs that are left to the Exchange mailbox as a wav file attachment. I just called my work phone, left a message, and was able to see it as an attachment on an email message within seconds. Clicked on it and it played no problem. Was able to pause, etc. Obviously, I'm doing this on my Pre and not through my Outlook on my PC

    So its certainly working for me. Probably doesn't help you fix your problem, but at least you know its not broke in 1.4.

    Have you tested to make sure the voicemails are showing up fine in Outlook or some other program that you use to access your exchange account?

    Have you tried removing the account from the device and re-adding it?

    I tried deleting and reinstalling and it did not work. I tried testing and nothing

    Can you create a voicemail that is not sensitive material for your company or anything like that and forward it to me so that we can see if there is something else going on. If you can please send me a private message and I will provide you an email address to send the file to.

    I need help. I doctored the pre and Im still having the same problem. Everything else works good. The phones fast, but I cant play the voicemails that are forwarded from my work phone to my email. I can download it but theres no little play button anymore, and they wont play. It worked great before the 1.4 update.

    I have received your voicemail and was able to play it without any issues on my Pre. You stated you have removed the account and re-added it? Does the problem persist if you send the voicemail to something besides your exchange account? Maybe like a gmail account.
