Hi! Long-time reader, first-time writer...I have a few issues with my preware/quickinstall after upgrading...

I have the latest everything; quickinstall, preware, novacom, webOSdoctor, 1.4, have restarted everything; PC, pre, enabled developer mode, "just charging" my phone when its connected, and still am unable to have quickinstall recognize my device is plugged in.

I doctored my pre to make sure it wasn't anything that I had on from the previous version, and still didn't do anything. I made sure everything from above was still true also (enabling developer mode et al).

Is there something I've missed reading when I upgraded? Should I doctor again? Suggestions? Comments? Concerns?

Hopefully the community can help out. Thanks guys

after you run the doctor, you must RESTART your computer and plug back in for the pre to be recognized

    (doctor kills the novacom driver)
