Ringer Switch not responsive

My ringer switch recently stopped responding to being flipped. Luckily it seems to be stuck in the on position so I can just lower the volume with the rocker if need be but I am really missing the switch.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've got total equipment protection so maybe they can fix it for free, if not its $50 bucks to get a new one I guess. But if I'm paying a deductible I'd rather just tell them its lost and save it for a rainy day or sell it.

is it physically stuck or when you slide it it does nothing?

Not stuck, just does nothing when I slide it.
