I just got a new Palm Pre Plus from Verizon. Great phone. Need to sync with my Outlook 2003 (Windows PC running XP SP3). I've shut down the firewall and anti-virus. No problem getting phone/computer connected using WiFi. Everything whirls for about a minute as the Pre says "checking Outlook records" (or something like that). Then I get an error message on the PC/Outlook saying "Chapura sync manager has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I've tried restarting everything. Nothing helps. Any ideas?
