Put a card in the phone that isn't what the phone is locked to, the unlock code screen should appear. Enter it there.

BTW which GSM Pre do you have, O2/Telefonica or Telcel?

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Palm One Pre mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Palm One Pre mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

1. Switch ON your Palm One Pre with a Not ACCEPTED* SIM Card.
2. If your Palm One Pre asks for a PIN code, then enter your SIM card PIN number once.
3. Palm One Pre states SOS only calls – when you try to make a regular call it will ask for the network unlock pin again. At this point no matter how many times you put in the pin. It will state incorrect pin message
4. Reboot Palm One Pre with the same Not ACCEPTED* SIM card.
5. After rebooting, Palm One Pre got unlocked and never asked for the network unlock pin again.

*NOT ACCEPTED : We mean, to use a Sim card from a network other than the network your Palm One Pre is locked to.

I got this instructions from the site Mobile-unlocker.com .
Erm... You are replying to, and bumping up, a thread which is 3 years old...

OK - 2 years, 11 months and 17 days old...

I'm not sure why the bump. It's cool to be helpful, but timeliness is a factor also.

I'm pretty sure the OP either got his answer or moved on...

Possibly... Most SPAMmers don't return several minutes later to edit their post though. And why SPAM unlocks for a dead market?

I'm sure dude wandered in from another Nation (looks like Crackberry) and was trying to help. Note the 5 global posts.

I'm just skeptical. You know how much spam we had recently.
