Does your Pre Plus double-type letters or miss them entirely? - Page 21

We have 2 Palm Pre +.
Both have same problem when typing.
Letters do not appear, or you get doubles.

Do for new contract in Feb. Going to look for a new phone also. Have had it with this phone.

I totally understand, as I had one like yours as well. I called Verizon Wireless and after some questions etc they sent me a refurbished pre+ which has worked awesome (like it should have from day one). I actually made contact w/Verizon Wireless through their twitter account and they worked with me really fast. My contract has now expired and I'm still rockin the pre+. If you're not totally done with webOS see if you can get a refurbished one. I paid 0. I suffered 15 months with the bad keyboard and the new one is like butter. The only thing I would switch to now is the pre3

I have the AT&T Pre Plus. The only problem I've had is the lag. Sometimes, letters will show up two seconds later.
