    Okay.

    Grab the file. Rename it something easy...like "test" or something. Copy it to the the route of your c drive.

    Open the command prompt. Make sure you are at c:/>

    Type java -jar test.jar and it should open.

    No g'tee but its the only way I can do it on my home computer

    yeah that's odd i just installed it on my XP computer w/ limited access and it installed just fine.. w/out issues...

    maybe you have some sort of anti-virus/firewall blocking it from opening jar files idk...
