So when they say you get a Palm Pixi free with the purchase of a Palm Pre, do they require that you activate the Pixi and sign a contract on that phone too?

Anyone else notice that one of the devices connected to the pre mobile hot spot in the commercial is a pixi? Subtle reference to the pixi plus' wifi?

I also agree that this advertising was far and beyond what Sprint has done. This helps people buy the phone, and like playboy said - it will give ATT customers more options. Which in the long run will help ALL webOS phones prosper as more and more people buy them, and increase interest in development for applications and support like the iPhone has received. Good Stuff!

It's kind of hard to really show multitasking in action in a 30 second spot. They did show them flipping through cards so i guess that's close enough.

Thats true but there alot of people out there that aren't so keen on the subtle things or know nothing about the phone. it they said and it can multitask like no other and flipped through 9 cards that would be awesome..or they said "plus you can do all these things at the same time with advanced multitasking"

Now if only Verizon would get some cooler music. Apple always has catchy tunes in their ads regardless of what you think of the product. The original Palm Pixi ad on Sprint was good. Nothing much after that though. Verizon/Palm should spend a few $$ and get a good ad agency, rather than the ******* who thought up the "Smart Enough for Mom" campaign. They probably scared off more men from buying the phone then they attracted women to the stores to buy it. Sad.
