    i got a refurbished phone from sprint for free, due to my paying insurance monthly. so the first phonecall i make i cant be heard. all other the same. i called myself and it seemed that the microphone was not picking up my voice. if i spoke louder i am heard clearer.

    crappy microphone on the refurb?

    i dont really feel like goin in and waiting in line in order to get another phone that may or may not work. any shortcuts i could take? calling in to order one to store? replacement sent to house wouldnt be bad. or can i set up an instore apmt?

    If you call Sprint cust service, they can send one to your house. Or I would would call the store and have them order one so you only have to go in once to pick it up. I needed a replacement phone and the sprint rep on the phone offered to send one to my house but I opted to pick up in store. My first refurb was beat up real bad(scratches and battery door didnt fit right) so they were able to order another with no problem without me coming in a bunch of times.
