Nice speeds for the most part, was thinking of returning to Sprint and my Pre which I gave to my brother. Out of curiosity i ran the test on my G1 on Tmobile and got 1686 and 1794 over 3g, very nice speeds here! Still, there are some things I miss about the pre and DL speeds aren't everything.............Decisions, decisions......

haha maybe...I'm just curious about verizon cuz everyone is always like "verizon has the best network" mayb by signal but wat about data? Come on pre plus people I know ur out there..

I'm on a whole different network, but I thought I'd benchmark with you folks:

    Mexico city
    Iusacell
    4 bars EVDO 3G test
    Peak time (16:15 to 16:19 GMT-6)

My results vary wildly from 700 kbps to 266 kbps with an average of 500kbps-ish

Shouldn't we add the time out tests were performed to account for saturation on peak traffic hours?

Also, I''ll try and perform the test at midnight to compare with these tests.

    cheers!
