STUCK on WebOSDoctor

I have the Palm Pre Plus from Verizon.

I wasn't happy with the fact that one patch from Preware did not uninstall properly so I wanted to reflash the phone.

I downloaded the webosdoctor for this phone here: http://www.webos-internals.org/wiki/...octor_Versions

It's stuck at 74 percent.

What do I do?!

download it from palm's website. newest version, for the verizon pre plus. Good Luck!
