    Okay i know yall are thinkin not another thread on an issue that has already been discussed but i've read all the other threads and none of them seem to help with my issue. okay after doing a partial erase of the pre i had to sign back in to my palm profile and to my luck it didnt work. Now i have talked to Sprint and Palm on numerous occassions and they just keep passing me back and forth because neither one of them know what the hell is going on. I have the EV symbol...I have done Webos Doctor numerous times i've done the hard reset with the ##RTN thing numerous times.....still not able to sign into palm profile...I have talked to Palm i've changed my email address to my palm profile account that didnt work...Palm tried to get me to sign into a dummy palm profile account that didnt work....i did notice my EV symbol flash when it was trying to sign in...Palm said it should be constantly lit that lets you know that you have a good data connection...so off i go to Sprint repair store for the 15,000th time they keep my phone for two hours and say that its nothing with there network is wrong "the data connection is good you need to call Palm"....i'm sick of this back and forth crap i'm seriously about to dump Sprint all together and get away from this ****ty *** Pre....PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

    if you have access to the phone go into device info and prefernces in the drop down menu and do the quick tests and interactive tests , but seeing how you cant even sign in i dont think its possible ,or is it?

    what version were you running when you bought your phone 1.3.1 ? if so try finding the doctor to that version and then doctor your phone and try signing in like that, maybe that will work?!

    and if you cant get it to work again take it bake to sprint and just ask for the manger before you do anything else , (in a calm and nice voice tell him whats happened ) and then ask for a new phone please lol should work for you . just remember the phone is under warranty for 1 year and if its not signing in well its messed up right !!
