I can't access the App Catalog after 1.3.5.2 update
I get this error (pic attached):

I don't know if this has anything to do with 1.1.3 installed prior

Anyone else got the same problem?

Just got update done. "Try again later"

German O2 unlocked GSM Pre, Sonera network, Finland.

Edit: Some more info; App Catalog first opens showing no apps and after a while comes the message "Action could not be completed. Please try again".
This appears to be not exactly the same issue as that "App Catalog unavailable" last year.
Hope this is just a soon-to-be-solved glitch and not another example of rejecting "unofficial" customers, again.

After updating to 1.3.5.2, I have 124 entries in the app catalog.

    Situation:
    - German Qwertz Pre
    - Vodafone NL business
    - location at the moment: Netherlands
    - WebOS 1.3.5.2
    - Preware installed and working.

    Smooth ride for me

Yes, the message is different but effectively it is an "App Catalog Unvailable" issue. I don't know if Geo-filtering is responsible for this but I certainly hope not.

Did you uninstalled preware and all the homebrew games before the update or did you just unistalled the patches and installed the update?

I removed 2 homebrew apps, to shorten the time preware would need to run the EMH afterward.

I did NOT remove Preware or the Package Manager Service. I just ensured they were up to date and functioning beforehand.

I did run EPR before the update to remove all patches, and immediately after the update I ran EMH.

    hmm here's something funny !

Was running sprint 1.3.5.1 and had preware / quake / doom etc.. all running.

I flashed with 1.3.1 O2 GSM and they disappeared as expected. It has now updated to 1.3.5.2 from 1.3.1 and the quake / doom / preware icons have re-appeared.

My app cat is NOT working. I can only assume something that WAS installed is breaking it.

To fix this I will have to reflash 1.3.1 but before I do remove everything off my usb partition.

will let you know how it goes..

For the record I do have some Homebrew but no patches installed prior to 1.3.5.2. I did run EMR after the upgrade and it appeared to proceed without a hitch.
I guess it may have to come down to a fresh doctor but I'll wait and see.

    ok.. I did this.

Copied everything off my usb drive to my desktop.
Made sure I had a recent backup (clicked backup from launcher)

Clicked device info.. then reset options.. then tap FULL ERASE.

I have now 234 apps showing.

i suspect there's some geofiltering going on, but if a full erase helps bring it back that might be worth a try.
