    Need some help or advice please. When I call landlines, the wrong name shows up on their call id. I have called Sprint several times with no success. They say they will fix it and it will take 72 hours. Still no luck. The last phone call, I was promised it would be fixed. I asked the customer service rep to mark my account, that if it wasn't fixed, I could get out of my contract with no charges. He says he did, but I will see. Is there an outside company that takes care of it? Can I call anyone else? Any help would be great.

    sometimes it takes a billing cycle for that change to take affect (even though they say 72 hours). some changes do convert in 72 hours so changes convert when your account "renews" I would wait 30 days before doing anything drastic like leaving sprint :/
