I'm getting my 3rd replacement Palm Pre this week from Bell Mobility.

First Pre - QWERTY keyboard keys not all working
    Second Pre - Touchscreen unresponsive.

I hope this is not normal cause I have only had the Pre since NOVEMBER 2009!
Please tell me I was just unlucky.

just keep going back with your issues. With luck you will eventually get a new Pre. I'm on my 4th or 5th, but either way, they gave me a brand new one that has thus far had no issues. This was after my last replacement got a stuck keyboard less than 24hrs after getting it.

Just got my 5th today. Check the phone in the store for light leaks, dead pixels, and touchscreen responsiveness.

Check your current phones manufacture date.
    1. Go to your "phone" or "dialpad" app.
    2. Dial in ##786#
    3. A new screen should show up.
    4. Scroll down to the bottom and locate "WARRANTYDATECODE"

Guess you are unlucky, we have launch day pre's working fine in our family, like many Pre owners. People that are happy with their product don't search the fourms to post their satisfaction. The old saying "the sqeaky wheel gets the grease" definitely applies here.
