I can't see why anyone would buy it over an iPhone if they are stuck with ATT.

Palm Plus and Pixi Plus. I doubt there will be new hardware unless it's in the summer time and that should be WebOS 2.0

ATT knows it won't have the Iphone exclusivity forever, so they have to diversify. Plus they probably don't lose the subscription fees to Palm that they do to Apple, so they'll push the Palm phones harder then the Apple ones in their stores.

You do realize some people just don't like the iPhone?

That was me...I had an opportunity to get it (back when it was really iffy) and i passed and got a blackberry.

WebOS > Mobile OSX for my own uses.

Both of their strength and weaknesses of course.

I just hope that means an unlocked unit is around the corner.
Palm IIIc -> Sony CLIÉ T650C -> Sony TJ-37 -> Palm TX -> Palm Centro -> Palm Pre Bell -> Palm Pre Plus Bell/Verizon Hybrid -> HP Veer -> HP Pre 3 NA -> BlackBerry Classic -> BlackBerry Priv

It's a Late Goodbye, such a Late Goodbye.
