I asked this a while back, and I'm pretty sure I got zero response. But there's been a lot of development since.

Is there a way to open and use HTML that's resident in the Pre's memory, in the same way that I can open and read HTML on my Win7 machine? I have a fair amount of HTML I'd like to have available on my Pre, hyperlinks and all.

Can the browser do it? Is there an app to do it? I've followed Homebrew and the App Catalog pretty closely, but I haven't seen anything.

There is an app/patch available on PreWare. I installed it but didn't use it since the 1.3.5 update came around before I transferred my files. It is called Lighty Web Server. Give it a try.

It is in the Optware section...maybe under the 'Other' category.
