Open preware, make sure you update the feeds if it doesnt automatically do it on startup, then click on list of everything from the preware main menu, then start typing Emergency Migration helper. Bingo?

Make sure you have the WebOS-Internals feed turned on.
Go to List of Everything. It was updated yesterday, third item down.
I went to List of Everything and typed Emergency and it came right up.

Dude, I had the same problem. Funny thing; it stemmed from my version of WebOSQuickInstall. Go get the newest version and replace your old one with it. You don't have to replace OSDoctor (though a new version is out, so you should anyway).

After that, follow the steps as you normally would to install Preware. You can even cut your steps short by installing EMH via WOQI.
