Palm profile and webOS doctor?

I bought a pre on ebay from the uk the previous owner created a palm profile on it. I live in ireland and it works perfectly with the rebel sim card.
I tried to download webOS doctor and when i was going through the set up procedure it said that i would have to sign into my palm profile again the only problem is that i dont know the profile email and password to log into it.

is there anyway that i can change the palm profile details?

I think you have to do a complete Reset and then re-activate the phone...at least that is what the Palm Rep told me...
