I accidentally did a full erase of my Pre with themes and patches still installed and then to make things worse i tried using EPR after words, but since I did a full erase EPR thinks I haven't anything to remove, but my theme and patches are still installed and have now become unistallable. Any ideas?

I can't use WebOS Doctor because my phone is still working, the problem is that i can't remove any patches or themes because WebOS Quick Install no longer recognizes them.

You can use WebOS Doctor at anytime. It seems to be your best bet, anyway...

I guess I don't know how to use Web OS Doctor properly. I already have it downloaded, but I didn't realize I could use it even with a working phone. Can you explain how to use it for me?

Well, I'm typing all this from my Pre, so explaining everything wound be difficult. Plus, I haven't used in since July or so, so I'm kinda rusty... I'm sure someone else here will explain it to you.

Yea, try the Repair utility first. I just came back here to post that, but Shadavis already got it. Good luck with the fix!

Lol I did the same thing, and fortunately no ill affect to my Pre. I thought I would install EPR on my phone so I'd be prepared when 1.3.5 hit. Little did I know that if you install it, it runs right away. I did remove the theme afterwards and then put it back just to be safe. Perhaps they could add an explanation on the EPR install page that it works right away.

Don't forget to backup your music and pictures, if you run webosdoctor.
