I wanted make sure I removed all my patches before the new webos version came out. So I ran the patch utility but after it finished installing I got an message that I closed before I read it. I didn't see the patch renoval as an app so I installed it again nd got an error. Is this normal or did I do something wrong.

I still get blinking LED for notifications, I thought that was a patch I installed or is it?

you should be ok but if you want to check just reinstall a patch and then use the emergency patch again. what happens is you already restored all patched data so when you tried it again there was an error because there were no patches to restore . get it?

This is what happens when you remove the LED notification patch before toggling the switch to "off" in Screen and Lock. To solve you could reinstall the patch, turn the LED notification off, and then remove the patch.
