This happened to me and I just WebOS doctored but it's happening again. Restarts not working. Uploading via photo app is ok, but not any third party apps they give me errors.

    ------------edit---------
Did a reset from device menu and seems to work again. I think the official facebook app crashes the uploading daemon or whatever it uses, because I've never experienced this with other apps like Tweed.

I will have to recreate this bug, but something happens to the uploading daemon or service on the device that third party apps use. I think the official Facebook app crashes it in 1.3.1. I would try to upload a picture via Facebook app but notice no data is being transferred, so I'll switch to another app to upload a photo and the app just gets an error message saying it can't upload. Friendsbook even suggests I update to 1.2.0 to support photo uploading.

This has happened to me several times now.It seems that every time I restarted the device I usually went to official Facebook app first to try to upload again and it crashes it which made me think that it wasn't salvageable.
