Default PALM PRE Demo Mode
remember when u first saw the palm pre @ the sprint store an it was n the demo mode that lets u walk around the phone... how do u get it bac into that mode

Well i a curious too, is there som kind of Demo mode in the PRE, i have one in my ship on a touchstone, and it would be nice if it could DEMO loop. Perhaps something for developers to attend at?

There is a demo mode...

Taken from webos internals..
Use Caution (you may disable your phone)
##DEMO# (3366)

This allows you to put your phone into "Demo" mode. WARNING: Enabling the Palm demo will erase all of your personal settings and enable an instructional demo.

They even took off demo mode from our ones in store with the 1.1.4 update a while ago

Well the ##DEMO# does not work on the GSM Pre.... Nor does *#DEMO#
Any thoughts?

Bummer. Tried #*DEMO# and then call button, and it works.
Thanks!

EDIT: Since OS 1.4 the demo mode just produces a white screen. Tried on several devices.

hi, i put in to demo mode my phone. Now i cant use it. What can i do ??

You should be able to enter the code again to toggle it off. (At least it's true on the TouchPad. There's also a service call that can be made to toggle.)
