    It seems like every other call I make I can not hear the person on the other end of the call. I have noticed that if I apply pressure to the back of the phone where the ear piece is located, then I can hear again. Has anyone had this problem before and how can I fix it?


    (i did a search but, i think the search function here is messed up)

    take it to sprint repair store and get it replaced

    Well since I posted this, the phone started rebooting when I would shut the slider. so .....

    I did just that today, they said that the phone has a short in it and I should have my new Pre shipped here in 2 days.
