    Hello all..

    I am a new owner of the lovely pre..but i cant use it, i started with a full reset.. when i plugged in the sim an start the device up, it asks for the email and exct. But after i whants apn settings setup manually..i typed my carriers apn but it wont accept.

    I am from Denmark and have tried 3 diff carriers without any luck.

    Is it possible to reset or something else without entering the phone?

    HI,

    I am from Denmark too - Had no problem with my operator (CBB Mobil).

    Perhaps something is worng with your phone - get another pre?

    But i agree - this phone is fantastic!

    Hej Janik,

    Tried with telenor and it worked but after hard reset no card from dk works..realy nedd some help here!

    Is there any other way 2 acces the phone??

    You can do a doctored image, bypass palm profile altogether...

    Application:MetaDoctor - WebOS Internals instructions...

    But if it worked once, no reason it shouldnt work again... try another restore, and try it a couple more times?

    I tried many times with diff carriers without any luck, how can i restore when i cant acces the phone?
