pre and the ps3

Im about to buy a ps3. I was wondering that if I plug in my pre to the ps3 can I

1.Charge it?

2.download movies and videos off of it?

3. download my music off of it?

I haven't been able to get my ps3 to recognize it =( I didn't try too much though.

Any recent news on this? I've done a search and haven't found any info. Does the Pre work for transferring music on the ps3?

soupisgood08 listen to me: I have a ps3 slim and here is what I'm going to tell you.

You can only charge your pre with your ps3, that's about it. PS3 only reads FAT32 formatted devices attached to it. Not sure what format the PRE is using but it's not FAT32. So You can only charge your phone.

So you can't transfer anything from your pre to ps3, only charge.
