Hi guys, I know this sounds like a simple task but my battery seems to be stuck in my Pre. After taking off the cover I realize you're supposed to pull on the black tab on the top of the battery but even after using force I cannot wedge the battery out. What happens is that the left side would tend to bulge out more than the right side, but the bottom would not move at all (I realize that's where the connectors are).

I'm pretty sure something is going to break if I pull harder... either that or the battery will fly out and hit someone in the face or something. I don't think it's supposed to be like this is it?

Should I take it to customer service? Or am I missing something.

try pulling the tab straight down, towards the bottom of the phone instead of up and out towards you.

the right side is usually a bit tough to get out.

grab the tab and pull down and out and not just straight out and it take little force to do this not real hard
