I did complete reset of my phone but my contacts from Palm's profile, Google, not downloading. I also use WebOs doctor to reset my phone but luck there neither. I have 2 contacts both of which are for sprint. Right now I am downloading 1.3.1. Any suggestions?

when you log back into ur profile, make to turn off backups, otherwise ur Pre will back up what you have, overriding ur profile on Palms server that contains ur contacts. You might have to go to a sprint store.

So there is no way to get contacts back that I added my self on the phone?

Aren't they(contacts) backed up somewhere in the palm system for restore...not talking about google and facebook. Contacts that we manually put in our phone are constantly backed up...to where? And how do we get them?

I don't think so. You should save them elsewhere next time.

They are backed up somewhere. phone constantly backs stuff up. So if you lose your phone you can remotely delete your phone and then get them back.

So in preparation for the new WebOS update, i resetted my phone so I tweaked it a decent amt. I went to Backup so I can backup my contacts. Then I did WebOS doctor. Then once I got loaded up, I went to Updates and updated the WebOS to 1.3.1. But now, all my contacts are missing. Where did it go? I just backed up too! I need help! Please! =\
