    I have had my Palm Pre for 12 hours now and have been unable to create a Palm Profile which also means my Pre is unusable. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried restarting the phone. Everything is typed in correctly. I have EVDO service. I am not in a roaming area.

    make sure you type everything correctly ie: type slowly if it you first time

    Having a similar issue.
    After two chats with Palm and a call to Sprint I was told the Palm servers are getting a lot of traffic and one crashed. Try again later. /=

    Chiming in to say I've got the same problem. Got my Pixi early but I can't even use it. What a tease.

    The servers have been since yesterday. When are they going to fix this. Maybe I should have gotten the Samsung moment.

    Palm has investigated the matter and has identified the root cause and it should be resolved by 4:00 PM PST. Please try creating your Palm Profile after this time.

    I wonder if this is related to me losing all of my contacts linked to my palm profile when i logged in.

Posting Permissions
