Change items in launcher bar

I'm not sure if "launcher bar" is the correct term, but I would like to change the icons that appear in bar at the bottom of the Pre - the one that has the phone, contacts, e-mail, calendar and launcher bar icon. Are there step by step directions on how to do this? I basically want to add the Web icon to this bar. Thanks for the help - from a newbie!

Drag (by tapping and holding) one icon out into the menu of launcher pages, and then you can drag the web icon into that empty space created.
