Total Equipment Protection (TEP)

can someone please help? so i went to sprint and they told me that they cant replace it because they found water in it. and the guy said to call TEP i think.. well.. can anyone tell me the number for TEP and how much it cost to replace. i looked at all the numbers on sprint.com but im slow and i dont know what the real number is. it'd be much appreciated

1-800-584-3666 its Assurion, the company that insures cell phones. The replacement cost will be $100 USD

I just had to use that site about two weeks ago. Was really easy and had my phone in my hand within two days. It will be a refurb with new outer shell. Hope it works out for you!

Although I think Sprint service has been pretty good, they could have done a better job and at least given you the phone number. +1 Again for precentral!

It's pretty easy to find on Sprint's website, if I remember correctly.
