Alarm problem

Does this happen to anyone else? when i set my alarm to 6:00 am the night before, it goes off correctly. But, during the day i keep having to swipe it off from the notifications bar. By the time i check the alarm again before i go to bed that night, the hours change to 5:00 am. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
