network sims dont just die
it seems you just need to put the orange sim in another phone and do network search and select orange manually and then will be connected and fine |

I was informed that sometimes they do just fail.
Also, before the network sends you a new SIM they perform a diagnostics from their end to verify the decision to send you a new one. Yesterday they performed 'test' and confirmed they are happy to send a new one... In addition, I have indeed tried the SIM in another phone (and left it in for at least 2hours). Manually selecting the network does not work either. I get 'access denied'... and the bars indication signal strength remain at zero. |

Is anyone able to clarify/confirm whether BOTH types of SIM card work with RSC?
Both types being 6 pin and 8 pin. Pics of both available here: http://forums.precentral.net/2233738-post21.html |
