    Ok, this may be stupid question.

    I think that my daughter put the wrong pin on my phone too many times. My I have a permanent "Palm" screen.

    I tried to reset it, took the battery out and still nothing.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    How long have you had it and would you be willing to Web Doc the phone? Granted that would reset EVERY thing on the phone and you would then have to grab your contacts and Memos from palms backup. I need to find it ...but there is a way to connect the phone to a PC and force USB. I will have to search for it.

    Update - Go to this link and see detail in second post on how to FORCE usb mode.
    The basics of it is - pull battery,connect usb to computer, hold volume up, phone will display no battery, continue holding volume up and install battery. Now you will see USB pop up on phone

    After about 30 to 45 minutes after I started the thread the phone acutally rest itself and asked me to log into my palm account. It is currently restoring my palm profile.
