Exclamation Touch Screen doesn't work!
I am on my second PalmPre. First one lasted 10 days, and second one is on exactly 1 month. Both times I can no longer use the touch screen feature. ANY HINTS, TIPS, UPDATES?

I love this phone, but upset about this problem.

I did the same thing. I took it into Sprint and they gave me a new one. Mine was a launch day Pre and even 3 months later they replaced it for free. They just checked it for water damage first and exchanged it. YMMV.
