    Tried 2.03, 2.5 and 2.6.

    Back to stock files before each retry and... always the same blank screen.

    Step 1 - WebOsDoctor
    Step 2 - Update to 1.2
    Step 3 - Enable devmode...reboot
    Step 4 - Try to enable the notification led
    Step 5 - Blank screen lol

    there's a new version of WebOS Dr. (1.2) on Palm's site... don't know if it will make a difference, but you may want to try it.

    I followed the steps and my screen and lock page has the option to blink notifications. But i just gave myself a missed call and its not blinking

    edit, its blinking now. it took about a minute to start blinking

    I think that's because of the way the call notification stays on the screen, then eventually turns into the missed call notification.

    Paranoid question here: What kind of battery drain are we looking at here? I know it's only a small glow, but I'm paranoid about battery life.

    Ohhhhhhhhh Problem solved !!!! I'm french so.... My pre is in french too... But it seem that the notification light trick work only for english people !

    Merci beaucoup PALM !

    - Changed interface language to english
    - Activated the notification light switch
    - Changed interface language to french
    - put the stock files back
    - Notification light worked !!

    got the files to the phone after editing/BUT I HAVE NO on/off switch...that area is blank?? any thoughts??

    @rhotwire - Did you ensure the "scene" file was sent to the right directory? Try resending it and ensure the correct directory is selected. The 'scene' file is what enables the Blink Notifications option to be displayed in the Screen & Lock app.

    The version of WOSQI I used is 2.53. What version are you using?
