big old brick

My phone is currently stuck on the black palm screen and i don't know how to get webosdoctor to run if the phone wont get past this screen...any ideas or suggestions?

Battery out. USB Hooked up. Hold volume UP. Battery IN. Should be on a funny, USB icon on the whole screen. Run WebOS Doctor.

ok i do that but the next button doesn't allow me to click it on the connect your phone via usb screen in webos doctor

Make sure that you have the novacom driver installed. If you have trouble with WebOS doctor, you may have to reboot windows (if you're using windows)

Actually your title should "little new brick" Good luck.
