app catalog does not load. is everybody having this issue

Did you all upgrade your firmware? 1.2 is out with new features and you may not see the differences in the App store with 1.1.

1.2.0 is out. Yippee.

Word is Thursday might be a big day for Apps, with 1.2.1 coming out that day as well. This most likely will mean an end to Beta for Apps and a streamlined process for developers to get apps to market.

Thursday might be a banner day.

Hmmm... So is this going to be the latest rumor? That there's going to be a 1.2.1 that introduces a non-beta App Catalog? Perhaps this update will also increase app storage...

The crappy thing is I got a round about answer when I asked. No firm denial, but also no firm confirmation. Who knows. If it does happen, then great. I also hope it corrects the App partition.

I reported this to PreCentral.net staff. Maybe they have heard something I have not.

Catalog is still in beta after 1.2. You can add a credit card now though so paid app's are close by.

Why do you guys always think that just b/c something works well, it's out of beta, or if it doesn't work it must be in beta? Sorry, but they can be mutually exclusive. Yes, the catalog can have lots of apps AND still be in beta. Just like Gmail can have lots of users and still be in beta after years.

Ugh.
