    I had heard that the pre was having some issues with its speaker so here I am. Basically, the speaker is blown; im not exactly sure how, but it's very quiet and makes a raspy sound. I was curious as I have the TEP plan; will sprint replace this for me in store? I originally bought the phone from a Radioshack but that was over 30 days ago. So Basically:

    -With the TEP Plan on my line, will sprint replace my phone instore; or even charge me?

    -Does it matter if its a corporate or franchise sprint retailer?

    If they use the warranty to replace they will replace in store by ordering you a phone and getting it to you in 1-2 business days. As long as there appears to be no physical abuse and it just appears to be faulty manufacturing it should be not cost to you.
