    My computer is not recognizing my palm pre, i had it in developer mode than turned it off, than usb mode and what not. my comp isnt recognizing it, this has never happened before what should i do =O

    you need to reinstall novacom driver , what are you running o ur computer? windows 7 ,vista 64 , xp ??

    or you need to reboot both ur computer and ur pre

    I am running a vista 32bit, and I've rebooted my palm havent rebooted my pc yet tho

    try the computer then let me know if that works if not i have a copy of novacom that will work on vista 32 because i had to modify it for my computer lol

    also try rebooting the pre while connected to the PC. SO in essence, once you PC boots up, plug the phone in, then reset the Pre while still connected to the PC [orange key + Sym button + R Key]. The once your Pre shows Media, DATA, Just charge, select either DATA or Media. Hopefully Vista will pick it up.
