my power button broke and of course sprint could not fix it and they have ordered a replacement to be here in a few days. assuming the new phone has no issues such as oreo or dead pixels here is my question:

what is the best way to clear my old phone before turning it into sprint. i would like to delete the photos, e-mail, texts ect.... not that i have super secret info on the phone but i am not sure i want the sprint store having my contacts.

what is the best way to "wipe" the phone and i would prefere a way i could do at the store after i have checked out the new phone. Do i need to delete all my e-mail accounts individually? or is there a way to perform a quick hard reset?
    thanks?

yeah im not sure everything thats backed up but it aint much so if you have pics or anything like that then i would suggest sync toy to back up as much as possible . just google sync toy and create a folder on ur computer called my pre sync and then set it up with that program if you need help with it just send me a message or whatever
