Is there a limit to the quality of JPEG files that the address book, and by extension the Quick Contacts app can use.

When I edit a photo in an old version of PhotoShop (Vs, 6) and save the photo at the highest JPEG resolution, then transfer it to the Pre, it looks fine in the Photo app, but when I use it as a photo in Contacts, I get a lot of vertical colored lines. The number an color of the lines seems to be inconsistent.

If I go back to PhotoShop and save the pic in a lower resolution, everything is fine.

Is this a bug? Does Palm need to tweak the Contacts app?
