    Makes sense, cause i know i took mine in and they looked at it no issue along with some other friends. But i also encountered them turning away people after they said they purchased the phone at a shack rather than sprint. Also had customers come to me at radio shack cause of this.

    Yes that is correct, it doesn't matter where you got your phone sprint will take care of you.
