Think I'm gonna go ahead and downgrade back to 1.1. Can't be too long.

Warning: Complete Conjecture Alert...

Maybe I'm just jaded (about corporate spies), but I'd be willing to bet, with 250 former Apple employees now at Palm, somebody in Palm's engineering department has a copy of iTunes 9 and they have already preemptively fixed any roadblocks Apple plans to throw down tomorrow.

I'm guessing that a release today would 1) contain the iTunes fix; and 2) steal a little of Apple's Wednesday press event thunder.

Regarding the WebOS update and having a "clean slate" to do so, do we need to uninstall the GNU Patch along with the VirtualKeyboard???

I thought they go together to work but not sure..?

That's great they removed the restriction on Amazon MP3 downloads over EVDO. Also, file downloading is awesome! Can't wait!

Yes, this bug has been reported by some but my launch day Pre has never exhibited this issue. I do get on average 5 to 10 sms alerts and even a few email alerts in the middle of the night and they never seem to disable my alarms. Weird...
