    Well I was texting a friend and all of a sudden the e button got stuck and typed a million e's. I turn the phone off and back on, now the keyboard doesn't work. Guess off to sprint first thing in the morning!

    Try removing the battery first.

    i would just replace it much better knowing that it wont do the same thing all over again

    Mine does the same thing when I push nnnnnnnn...I just push "n" again and it stops...no problems

    This happened to me a couple days ago. Removing the battery fixed it.

    Mines did this the very 1st day I had it about 1 month ago, I reset the phone and it hasn't done it since!

    I was able to resurrect mine about 3 times over a weekend before it died completely. Even the battery trick didn't work. Had to replace the phone after the 30 days, but I got a new one!

    yeah mine works now too. I pulled the battery and works good now
