    Anyone else having this problem?

    It usually happens after 8PM central time. I don't have wifi at home but I do at work.

    I got an email from Sprint last week after I complained, and they know it's a problem with the Pre right now. I thought tech support corrected it after 3 days of shotty service. After 4 great days of net serving, it went down again last night.

    Anyone have any insight into this?

    When it happens, can you see the little "Ev" next to the bars? Have you tried rebooting the phone?

    Yes, I have EV and all bars are full. I turned off/on. Nothing.

    But I got into work today with still no internet. Logged into my company's wifi. Got on the net. Turned off wifi. Then tried to get on after that. Success.

    WTF?!?!

    Sounds more like a data network access thing that Sprint is aware of in that area.

    my first pre had a similar problem.. i couldnt do any web based/sprint based things unless using the wife.. i took it back and got a new one and it works fine..

    i love my pre

    It just started doing this last week. I've had it for over a month now...
