    Hi,

Any way to have multiple text or IM conversations going on at once in different cards?

Yes there is and would have been more helpful to have included a link. Not judging you but the OP appears to have misunderstood your good intentions. Patch Messaging New Cards For Each Conversation - WebOS Internals

Not a patch but a hack. But yah if you are a little savvy you can get it working like it should work out of the box.

I fear multiple cards for texting. I just KNOW I'll end up writing "I love you" to my wife in a coworker's card...
    Treo 600 > Treo 650 > HTC Mogul (*****!) > HTC Touch Pro (***** squared!) > PRE! > Epic

I could think of worser scenarios...

If I helped you or you have downloaded one of my files,
then least you could do is click the "Thanks" button.

I agree, multiple chats could get a married person in a lot of hot water. Then again, it could stimulate some action of a positive nature on the homefront.

Anyway, I don't see this as a feature coming out in an update any time soon. Palm has a few other features to get going first (true cut, paste, and copy -- video recording).
