    Are you guys performing a full hard reset before turning your device over to the Sprint/Dealer reps?

    With the increasing number of people reporting other users data on their replacement Pre's I think it would behoove everyone to ensure you wipe your Pre at least once before handing it over...

    Considering the issues with ID theft and so forth and Sprint/Palms poor refurb process this should be a sticky in bright red letters to alert people so they can feel confident and safe that their data isn't floating around in some jomokes pocket

    Thank you!!! I returned 3 Pre's and just remote wiped the last one from my Palm Profile.
