The only option I see is "Drag to Answer". If the screen is unlocked then you have a green button (answer) and red button (dismiss).

How do you dismiss a call when screen is locked?

Try pushing the button on the side that turns the volume down.

Just hit the power button once to silent it and twice to ignore.

When the screen is not locked, you can press the power button twice to ignore a call. Maybe it works when it's locked as well.

You press the power button twice. Don't unlock the screen. It will say "Call Ignored from...."

double tap the power button to ignore or hit the volume buttons/single tap power to silence. they need to set the caller id higher when its locked i cant see who's calling me so i can ignore them with peace of mind.

I think almost everything about the phone is intuitive EXCEPT placing/answering calls.

Speaking only for myself, while I have indeed perused the manual, I prefer to search here for answers first. The manual is "last resort"!
