    That is for Sprint's ancient wifi service, not for cellular users. Do not worry about that.

    When you place a call when connected to a wireless network, that just uses your minutes right? Whats the difference internationally ... isn't this VOIP?

    You mean wifi? No there is no voip unless you have an app for it
